FXRP tour pak / radio box + chrome FXRT luggage rack - 1990 FLHS. I bought this box NEW a while back.... I had the rack, so I installed it.... then I drilled the four holes at the bottom to mount directly to my '90 FLHS. It's a GREAT addition to any bike. The hardware and key is included (the key is practically useless). Not sure who the original manufacturer is..... but he's local and sold these to Harley back in the FXRP days.
