About Elvis' Place:

I grew up in the South, Alabama to be exact. I always wanted a motorcycle, but my folks wouldn't let me have one. So what was the first thing I bought once I moved out and on my own? Yes, a motorcycle.... a re-done Honda CB750... that I dropped the first day (and that wouldn't be the last fall).

After moving to CA in 1990, I bounced from job to job to job.... trying to figure it all out. While working at Dudley Perkins, in SF, in the parts department, I was given the nick name "Elvis"... and It stuck.... so when I started my own place, I decided to call it, Elvis' Place, as all I've ever wanted to do since I was a kid was to own a business... never knew what kind.... 'till I found the world of Harley parts and realized the need for second-hand, discounted parts.

2009 will be my 10th year of being in business for myself. It's a struggle but it's been worth it. Maybe some day, I'll get out of debt! Until then, I sure appreciate the business from you folks out there.

With help from my girlfriend, Jeanette, I hope to have a successful year in 2009!
