Why don't you answer your phone?
I'm a One Man Show... doing everything myself... rarely having time to answer a phone. It's an on-line business. I communicate via email and respond to emails 24 hours a day.... and try to keep things smooth and simple.

Ugly Boxes


Why is my box so ugly?
I try to recycle all cardboard boxes and packaging materials that come through my door. It's important to take care of our planet and NOT to put things into the ground that shouldn't go there. SO, if your box isn't brand new, please understand that I do my part in leaving a small carbon foot print on our planet earth. Your items will be boxed up with great care. I haven't had a "damaged" item in many years. Thanks for the understanding... and hopefully, you'll reuse that box and materials ONE more time.

How often do you add new parts to your inventory?
Regularly! You can use the Sort feature to view the most current parts in each category. The higher the part number, the newer it is. ALSO, see the home page, under "Just In".

Trading parts


Do you trade parts?
From time to time, I surely do. Shoot me those photos, along with a list of what I have that you want and we can go from there.

Do you buy parts?
YES, that's how I make a living. If you have a gargage full of parts that need to go away, simply shoot a few photos and email them to me, along with your asking prices. I'll get back with you asap.

How do I buy an item from this site?
The Instructions link is at the bottom of the home page. It should be fairly easy, but email me with any questions... and don't forget to put your phone number on file!

How do I get a picture of me and my bike on Elvis' Place Fan Gallery?
If you are a customer and a fan of Elvis' Place (or an FXR fan), simply email a few photos of you and your machine, along with a brief writeup about you and your machine and your relation with Elvis' Place, to customer.service@elvisplace.com. I go through them regularly and pick the best ones to use.
