The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Legal Notice

  • All items are sold "as-is", with no warranty from the seller, expressed or implied. Assume that all items are used, unless you see the word "New" in the description. I make every reasonable effort to describe the item and include up to seven photos to assist in that effort, along with a description that is as accurate as possible and hopefully answers most, if not all questions. However, it is important to remember that many of these items are pre-owned, not new. Therefore, signs of wear may become apparent under close inspection. This may include small chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, scuffs, and other indications of normal wear and tear. I cannot and will not be held liable or responsible for these issues. However, if you receive an item that is very different from the pictures and/or description, I want to know about it.

    This site is NOT setup for outside US sales. If you can pay via cash, Western Union or US Postal money order, please contact me.

    If for some reason your item doesn't fit or isn't what you expected, feel free to return it. If you return the item exactly as it was shipped to you, I will refund your money. However, there will be 25% stocking fee (not to include any shipping costs on either end of the transaction). I really don't like to put items back on the shelf, so PLEASE know what you're buying before you push those buttons.
    Questions about an item? Ask the manufacturer and/or your mechanic. I don't like to guess about fitment.
    Please view each picture and each description of each item and please ask any necessary questions before buying an item.
    Please use only a "real address" for shipping, as I only use FedEx and they do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. California residents please expect to incur a 8% sales tax (or whatever it is at the time of purchase).

    Retail prices, manufacturer, years and models of fitment, are represented when possible. However, there are situations where I did not have that information..... or only partial information is known or found. Many of the items that I have purchased come from various parties. Therefore, I have no way of knowing the amount of use put on that item.
    Example: a front end that's been used. The only way to see what parts on inside the tubes is by opening them up?. and that's something that usually won't be done.
    So always check the fluid when you get the item.
    Once again, if there are questions about a certain part, please ask before you buy and I will answer it as honestly as possible.

    Shipping costs are determined by weight, size, packaging needs/materials, insurance and buyer's shipping address. There are no separate "handling" charges. Please allow up to 4 days for items to leave my hands and get on a FedEx truck (holidays, weekends, out of town parts-buying trips, etc). If you pay for a service other than Ground, please let me know if there's a rush.

    Please read to bulletin board to make sure I'm in town. FedEx takes approximately 7 working days to get to the East Coast. Your tracking number will assist in finding out when your package is due to arrive to your door.
    Ask for it this number if necessary.
    If for some reason your package gets lost or damaged, please let me know as soon as possible so the appropriate paperwork can be processed. You are insured for the full amount of what you paid for the item.

    All purchases will be in American dollars.

    If you purchase an item and it "doesn't exist" or the inventory is off, I will refund your money promptly.

  • This site is NOT setup for International sales. If you'd like to own any of the items I have, please inquire via email.

    Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. ELVIS' PLACE is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax

  • ELVIS' PLACE charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

    At this time, it's 8% inside California.
